Gate House Inn and offers four guest rooms in the Main House and a separate Summer House in a garden setting. Each guest room has a personality of its own ... just like our guests. All rooms have air-conditioning, a private bathroom w/signature bath amenities. Room rate includes accommodations, the use of the solar heated swimming pool, bocce ball court, gardens and expansive porches. Wine and a nonalcoholic beverage is served in the afternoon with appetizers. A full breakfast served at 9 am in the original family dining room. Room rates are for double occupancy. INFORMATION AND POLICIES

ACCOMMODATIONS include a full breakfast served at 9 am in the original family dining room. Private room service is available upon request. Rooms are double occupancy, with the exception of The Woodhaven Suite, which has a maximum occupancy of four people. We do not allow sleeping bags on the floor or cots.

DETAILS: New reservations be advised that there is a two night minimum stay on most weekends. Please check online availability.

INN RESERVED FOR GUEST USE ONLY: The Gate House Inn, including the grounds,parking area, swimming pool,rooms,wine and appetizer time, and breakfast are for the use of registered guests only. No exceptions. Tours of the inn can be arranged through the innkeeper by appointment only.

AIRPORT located two miles away at the elevation of 1700 feet with a 3200 foot runway.

RATES are subject to applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice. Rates are for double occupancy. In Woodhaven Suite, there is an additional $50 per adult per night and $25 per child under 12 per night; this room has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Room rates do not include tax.

CANCELLATIONS must be made 10 or more days prior to the reserved date of arrival. Please understand that we are a small inn. Shorter notice may result in your being charged for the room if it is not re rented for the date(s) you previously reserved. When you receive your reservation confirmation, please understand that you are agreeing to these terms if you wish to reserve a room with us.

MASTER CARD, VISA, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards are accepted.

GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE.

CHECK-IN begins at 3 PM. Please advise if arriving later than 6:30 PM. We can't readily accommodate earlier check-ins as we are a small inn and do all of our own room and grounds preparation. Innkeepers are not available before 3 PM.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Early check in is available by prior agreement and is subject to an additional charge of $25 per hour or partial hour. Please inform the innkeepers if you would like to arrive earlier than 3 PM ( but no sooner than 1 PM). The fee will be added at check out.

CHECK-OUT is at 11 AM. We will ask that you follow this time schedule as we must get the rooms ready for the next guests. We will not be able to extend check-out.

SMOKING is not permitted inside the inn.
